Mission:Contribute to the globalization of Japan through getting Japanese communities in a foreign country strongly united.

Audit:
Plan, budget and execute financial statement audits for various audit clients (e.g. IT, Health Care, Aerospace, NPO) including Japanese subsidiaries in the U.S and U.S companies.

IPO:
-Perform pre-IPO audit and developed tables and notes for IPO prospectus.
-Introduce Japanese start-ups and incubators to US incubators at West Coast based in Seattle.

Foundation:
-Support founding a company in the U.S. for Japanese companies including start-ups

-Financial Due Diligence
-Purchase Price Allocation(Valuation of Intangible Assets)
