出生於1977年1月24日。左右開弓的左撇子。
是一名在日本長大的台裔日本人及天生創業家。
極超博喜集團望虹的執行董事長。

他在台灣一個沒有地址的簡陋小屋中度過貧困的幼年時期，隨後移居至日本，在成長過程中並沒有忘記自己的華人血統。養父所經營的公司倒閉導致家人離散，使他深感人生無常。2003年，以青梅竹馬逝世為契機，他開始對於殯葬業界的行事作風感到疑問。為了摸索出對故人和遺族真正幸福的儀式而成立了葬儀公司。設立僅僅3年便急速成長為年營收30億日圓的公司。而後，由於在思想哲學上不斷感受到衝突與徬徨，便決定賣出公司，開始「人生充電」的隱居生活。經過5年的「心靈修行」，為了成為世界的「博喜王」，就此展開冒險。

Panja NAOE (Born on January 24, 1977)
is an ambidextrous southpaw.
He is Taiwanese-Japanese(Japanese-raised) and a natural born entrepreneur.
Now he is the Founder & CEO of Ultra Bookie Team Kibow.

Panja NAOE was born in a shanty town in Taiwan and moved to Japan later. During his youth he has never forgot his Chinese heritage. After his step father's company went
bankrupt, his entire family was broken apart. This gave him a profound sense of impermanence. In 2003, the death of his close friend in childhood led to his doubt about the mortician at the time. To reform the traditional funeral service so that true happiness and peace can be brought to the deceased and the remains, SANCTUARY CORP. was established. In only three years it had expanded to over 30 million USD in annual sales. However, due to conflict, confusion and the quest for philosophy and true peace of the mind, he sold his company and went into retirement as "Human rest". After five years of “mind cultivation”, he decided to start an adventure to become "BOOKIE KING" of the world.

台湾の無番地地帯のバラック小屋で生活する貧困の幼少時代を経て日本に移り住み、自分が華人であることを意識しながら育つ。その後、養父が経営する会社が倒産して一家離散。人生の無常さを感じる日々を過ごす。2003年、幼なじみの死をきっかけに葬儀業界のあり方に疑問を抱き、故人や遺族にとって本当に幸せなセレモニーを模索しようと葬儀会社を設立。設立わずか3年で年商30億円企業まで急成長させた。その後、思想哲学的彷徨を重ねるため会社を売却し「人間休業」と称して隠居生活に入る。5年間に及ぶ“心の修行”期間を経て、世界の“ブッキー王”になるべく、ただいま冒険中。
