For example\, 58B JPY in NEM were hac ked from\nCoincheck(Japan) in January\, 3.3B JPY in multi-cryptocurrencies were stolen\nfrom Bithumb(Korea) in June\, and 6.7B JPY were hacked from Zaif(Japan) as well\nin September.\n\nIn order to prevent assets from bein g hacked\, instead of keeping their asset\non the exchanges\, many investo rs choose to use crypto-wallets to store their\nassets to divert the risk.
