JUNCTION ASIA ハッカソン (English description below)

Slush Asiaのサイドイベントとして、”Junction Asia”という3日間夜通しハッカソンが東京で開催されます！

200人のエンジニア、デザイナー、マネージャーやマーケッターは金土日に集めて、三日間で未来を開発しよう！

* トラック:

- Japan Airlines (JAL) 内容: 想定されるシナリオは次の通りです。 １）旅行前の計画段階 ２）飛行機に搭乗するまでの手続き ３）飛行機から降りた後のアクティビティー ４）旅行中での経験 ５）帰宅してからのアクティビティー 提供された道具を基にクリエイティブに考え、そして離発着前後での快適な旅行体験を創り出すことが、このトラックでは非常に重要となっています。

- SoftBank Group: Pepper 本トラックでは、Pepperを用いて、家庭でのシチュエーションや顧客との会話や人とのコミュニケーションの未来を発展させたいと考えているような参加者に最適です。コミュニケーションロボットのための一番革新的なアイデアを考えた人が優勝します。

- Intel/NEC/Levono: Realsense 本トラックで参加者は、新たなホームユーザー体験を創り出すためにIot、VR、ARに加えてRealSenseを使用できます。

IBM: Bluemix すべてのトラックに使える！ 加えて、全てのトラックにおいて日本アイ・ビー・エム株式会社よりBluemixを提供してくださいます。Bluemixにより、組織とディベロッパーがクラウドアプリケーションを素早く簡単に開発し管理できます。したがってハッカソン開催中にBluemixを使用すると、プロトタイピングの作業がスムーズに運ぶようになります。 * テーマ： IoT,エア トラベル、eコマース、VR/AR etc

参加者はJunction Asiaとパートナー企業が提供するトラックの内、ご希望のテーマにチャレンジできます！最高の結果が出せるよう、パートナー企業よりAPI、ソフトウェア、ハードウェアやデータを提供してくださいます！

JALのエアトラベルトラックでは、飛行機の離陸前や着陸後に関するサービスに挑戦します。そして、優勝者にはJunction Helsinkiへのマイレージが贈呈されます！

このハッカソンでは、アイデアのイメージ化からプロタイピングまでの、プログラミング、デザイン、ビジネススキルなどを実践できます。しかも、スタートアップ企業を立ち上げる方法やプロセスについて学ぶことができます。

国際的なハッカソンで異なるバックグラウンドの人たちが集まっているので、国際的なネットワークを広げるのにも絶好のチャンスです！

審査委員はクラウドファンディング、マクアケのＣＥＯ中山亮太郎氏、CerevoのＣＥＯ琢磨岩佐、アクセンチュア・オープンイノベーション・イニシアチブのシニア・プリンシパルの坂井田 大悟です。

- Japan Airlines (JAL) JAL is the leading Japanese airline company, committed to building better experiences for travelers. In order reach the goal, JAL actively seeks partnerships and collaboration with the startup community. Track content: Target situation in this track is shown below. 1. Planning stage before traveling 2. Procedure until getting on the airplane 3. Activities after getting off the airplane 4. Experience while traveling 5. - SoftBank Group: Pepper At the track, Junction Asia participants are invited to advance the future of communication by using Pepper, be it in a family setting, communication with customers or even connecting people in general.The prize will be given to the most innovative idea and the work made for the communication robot.

- NEC/Levono: Realsense In this track, Junction Asia participants is free to make use of IoT, AR and VR technologies, as well as combining with RealSense, to create new user experiences in the home.

Junction Asia is a three day hackathon in Tokyo bringing together developers, creators and designers from all over the world for one weekend of building the future.

Junction Asia is a part of Slush Asia 2016, one of Asia’s leading startup festival.The hackathon is run in collaboration with Fabcafe and this is the first time that we are doing it in Asia.

Unlike most hackahons, we are partnering with multiple partner companies to bring a number of interesting themes or tracks as listed above.

Participants will get to choose the theme of their preference. Partner companies will also provide resources such as softwares like application programming interfaces (APIs), hardware and data to facilitate the hackathon.Through this we hope the end results of the hackathon will be even more exciting

Judges include Ryotaro Nakayama, CEO of crowdfunding service, Makuake, Takuma Iwasa, CEO of Cerevo and Daigo Sakaida, senior principal of Accenture Open Innovation Initiative.

Winners stand a chance to present their pitch at Slush Asia in front of a panel of investors and industry experts on May 14th. Other prizes including free subscription to prototyping tool Prott and prizes from partner companies!
